"I just purchased a Ducati Streetfighter V2 from JSC. This bike proved difficult to find in the elusive "Storm Green" color but sales manager Ben Ahrberg tracked one down pretty quickly. Overall the experience was great, the best I've ever had buying a bike. The sales experience was attentive but not pushy, and Justin's service team installed a number of Ducati accessories, auxiliary LEDs, and frame sliders in short order. Ben then made a two-hour trip to deliver it to my door, and even text me the next day (a Sunday, his day off), to make sure everything was in order. Thanks to all at JSC Motorsports for putting it all together and dropping it off. Helpfully they are also a Triumph dealer so I look forward to bringing my 2011 Sprint GT in for service. "JSC Motorsports is a premier dealership experience. Yes you can sit on the bike, yes they will start it for you and most definitely you take pictures of these works of art. The property itself is state of the art and an absolute pleasure to visit. The sales staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and are riders themselves. Ducati motorcycles sell themselves, so offering a white glove experience on top of an already prestigious purchase really completes the whole package. I found JSC while browsing the internet and had discussions about their dealership and motorcycles long before they even opened their doors to the public (they are brand new to the area). I feel that not only have I been taken care of with my purchase, but have found a community at JSC Motorsports that I can participate in for years to come. "Outstanding owners and staff! I first meet Steve at the June 22 Americade event in Lake George and had a great conversation with him and the plans for the dealership. A few weeks later he reached out to me and we had a great conversation which lead to me having his dealership perform my 600 service on my 2022 triumph scrambler xc that I purchased from Cyclewise VT (excellent dealership as well). Steve not only had his team pick up my bike (Glens Falls) perform my service plus service for a modification I requested (done in one day). Steve and his wife hired an amazing staff as well that I had the pleasure to not only meet but spent time with regarding my scrambler after the service regarding any questions I had - the guys were amazing!
